I’m just curious, honestly. I don’t want to follow the advice they give because it’s so unnatural to do in most cases. I like to follow my own heart. And I sense they’re deceptive, because I believe they are just out there to get you to pay for a product they have. Anybody on here wanna share their experience?

No because these steps or advice were not written for you ex every body is different they might work but theres no gurentie id just go with your heart like you said
